The rooms were clean and had an extra bed, and they provided a wake-up service, which was convenient, along with amenities like a microwave, electric kettle, and dishwasher.

Location: the hotel was right by Freedom Square, and a quiet area. The staff were very amiable and an absolute pleasure. We really enjoyed rooms with extra bed.

Everything was good, favourable location just next door to beautiful Georgia and Tbilisi, the freedom square and also the tourist street, and old town, Freedom Square, polite staff. The rooms were big size and cozy with heater and extra bed, as example, and I had a memorable stay overall

The hosts were very nice! Warm welcome, helpful suggestions, and even shared their culture with us. Homemade wine was a treat. Comfortable room with a homey feeling. Great views of Mother Georgia and Narikala Fortress.

This place is located in a great area with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and it's only 12 miles from the airport; the staff here are very helpful and super-friendly.

The room was clean, spacious. The location was perfect, with iconic places just around the corner. We enjoyed the community feeling and the cozy atmosphere of the rooms. The views of Mother Georgia and Narikala Fortress were amazing. The owner, George, was kind and friendly, making our stay even better. we highly recommend this budget-friendly guest house for a wonderful stay in Tbilisi.

Absolutely nothing.

This hotel offers great value for money with its budget private rooms. The location is ideal, right in the heart of old Tbilisi, surrounded by beautiful buildings and close to the center. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and they speak English, which is a bonus for international travelers. The basic amenities provided in the room, including an extra bed, were satisfactory. Additionally, the breakfast served was delicious and satisfying.

The hotel could improve on soundproofing the rooms, as it was easy to hear sounds from other rooms.

Perfect location in the heart of the city, close to key attractions and easy to get anywhere. The room was nicely decorated and spacious, with a comfortable bed. It was great to have a friendly host who was always available to help with any questions.

The area is currently undergoing renovations so it was a bit difficult to reach the hotel. , there were no trash bins in the room, and it could get quite hot at night without air conditioning.

The guesthouse's prime location makes it easy to explore the city with many tourist destinations nearby. It is very close to Tbilisi's center and the old city center where visitors can find many restaurants and bars to choose from. one of the attractions in the area is the fortress and it is just a walking distance away from the guesthouse.

Sadly, the staff's unavailability made it difficult to enjoy the stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was unbeatable - right in the center of the old town, surrounded by beautiful buildings and within walking distance to everything. Secondly, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. They were incredibly helpful, offering tips and even providing me with a local sim card and metro card. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed. I also appreciated the option of having an extra bed in my room. the value for money was excellent and I couldn't have asked for a better breakfast to start my day.

Overall experience during Thanksgiving was unpleasant due to the noise level, which was very high. the bed was uncomfortable and had a lot of creaking noises.

This hotel is exceptional! I had a wonderful stay in the very center of Tbilisi. the value for money is amazing. With its low prices, this hotel is a steal. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even picked me up from the airport, which was a great gesture. Thirdly, the hotel's location right in the center of the old town is perfect. I could easily reach all the major attractions on foot. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities I needed. The only improvement I could suggest is to make the lounge area more lively.
